I'm Dr Dev Patel, an award-winning medical educator, international aesthetic trainer and Founder of Perfect Skin Academy. My doctor-led training programmes are designed for healthcare professionals looking to develop the knowledge, clinical skills and confidence to deliver safe, evidence-based aesthetic treatments. Every course combines facial anatomy, practical hands-on training and clinical decision-making to help clinicians achieve outstanding patient outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professional practice.

  • Cosmetic and medical uses of BTX-A including neck bands, downturned mouth, jawline lift, migraine, hyperhidrosis.

  • I offer 1–1 or small group training (maximum 5 delegates) in dermal fillers.

    • Small group training must be a collective application from a group of individuals, or arranged by an organisation (for example, a filler supplier).

    • This is bespoke training, and dates are arranged on application.

    • Training is highly practical and focuses on real treatment delivery and technique.

    • Models are typically provided by me.

  • I offer 1–1 or small group training (maximum 5 delegates) across selected energy-based devices, tailored to your experience level and goals. Training is arranged on application, with a strong focus on safe, confident treatment delivery.

    • Plexr Plus

    As a proud user of Plexr since 2014, and a KOL and trainer since 2015, I have a wealth of experience with this gas-plasma device and can provide 1–1 or small group training on application.

    My MasterClass is designed to ensure you leave with the confidence to treat from the very next day. Models are typically provided by me for this training.

    • Morpheus8

    I was amongst the first three users in the UK and have been a global speaker and trainer for InMode since 2018. I’ll teach you my tips and techniques to help you achieve maximal results, with the reassurance of safe practice for your patients.

    • EndoLift/LipoLas

    I was previously KOL for EndoLift and currently am a UK faculty member and trainer for LipoLas.

    • Lumecca

    As an InMode KOL I have been using Lumecca in my clinic since 2019 and spoken and taught on it many times. I have been using IPL in my practice since 2013.

    • UltraClear (resurfacing LASER)

    I am a regular speaker/KOL for Acclaro UK, the company behind this innovate cold-fibre laser.

I founded Perfect Skin Academy to raise the standard of aesthetic training through evidence-based education, clinical excellence and patient safety. Every course is shaped by the same principles that underpin Perfect Skin Solutions, where I continue to treat patients, refine clinical protocols and deliver real-world outcomes every day.

Training is led by experienced clinicians and healthcare professionals, with every programme grounded in facial anatomy, clinical decision-making and evidence-based aesthetic medicine.
