Rethinking Aesthetic Medicine

I questioned trends.

While much of the industry focused on short-term cosmetic fixes, I became deeply invested in regenerative aesthetics — exploring technologies and treatment approaches that work with biology, not against it. I am drawn to interventions that stimulate repair, support tissue integrity, and operate at a deeper biological level where possible, rather than simply creating surface-level change.

Not everything needs to be novel. But everything should be rational, evidence-based, and purposeful.

Today, I am the founder of Perfect Skin Solutions, an award-winning clinic recognised for advanced, science-led treatments, and CellDerma, a skincare brand born directly from clinical experience. Every product and protocol is grounded in real patient outcomes, biological understanding, and a refusal to compromise on standards.

Alongside my clinical work, I am a highly sought-after speaker and media commentator — equally comfortable taking live public call-ins on television as presenting to rooms of surgeons on advances in regenerative aesthetics. I am known for being authoritative and direct, but also for using humour to connect. Whether I am speaking to one patient or ten thousand delegates, I believe complex science lands better when it feels human.

I adapt my language to my audience without ever diluting the substance.

I am often described as charismatic and disruptive — not because I seek attention, but because I refuse to accept mediocrity in medicine or aesthetics.

At my core, I remain a doctor first.
